Welcome to my site! I am Mallory. I reside in Jersey City, NJ with my husband Eric and my beloved lab mix Brady.

When I am not teaching high school students on the Autism Spectrum,  you can find me practicing or teaching in local yoga studios around Essex and Hudson County.  

This site will serve as a one-stop shop for both my life's passions, educating students with special needs and teaching yoga to children, teens, and adults.

The site will be sprinkled with Whole30 recipes, as this has become a way of life for me and I love to share my experience with others.
